This Privacy Notice applies to all consumer visitors to carloansOK.com who complete and submit a carloansOK.com credit application ("Application").

How We Collect Customer Information: We collect Customer Information about you from the following sources:
  • Customer Information we receive from you on your Application or other forms. Such Customer Information includes your name, address, social security number and income, as well as any other information you provide on your Application.
In addition, when you visit our website(s), we sometimes collect anonymous information to help us provide better customer service. For example, we keep track of the domains from which people visit and we also measure visitor activity on our website, but we do so in ways that keep the information anonymous. We may use this data to analyze trends/statistics and to help us provide better customer service.
How We Disclose Customer Information: By submitting your Application, you are directing us to disclose the Customer Information you provide in your Application to the motor vehicle dealer you identify (either directly or through the FastApp Code you provide) on the Application. Your chosen motor vehicle dealer's finance department will review your Application and respond to you directly regarding its credit decision. Your chosen motor vehicle dealer will have access to your Application and the Customer Information it contains through the carloansOK.com web site until the dealer deletes such Application.
We may also disclose all Customer Information we collect as described above to the following types of third parties:
(1) To Financial Service Providers: We may disclose to financial service providers (other than providers with which we maintain a joint marketing agreement or those with which we share your Application for the purpose of obtaining the credit you request), such as banks, finance companies and insurance agents.
(2) To Non-Financial Companies: We may disclose to non-financial companies (other than companies that provide marketing services for us), such as motor vehicle dealers, retailers, warranty or service contract providers, direct marketers and publishers.
(3) To Marketing Service Providers and Joint Marketing Partners: We may disclose to companies that perform marketing services for us or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.
(4) To Other Non-Affiliated Third Parties: We may disclose to any non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.
Your Right to Tell Us Not to Disclose Your Customer Information to Certain Third Parties
We reserve the right to disclose all Customer Information from your Application with Financial Service Providers and Non-Financial Companies (as described in items (1) and (2) above). If you have previously submitted an application and would now prefer that we not disclose your Customer Information with these entities, you may "Opt-Out" of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures otherwise permitted by law) by checking the box below. If your application is a joint application, an Opt Out direction by any joint applicant will apply to all joint applicants.

Additionally, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your Customer Information in a manner consistent with industry standards for similar companies. We will review our safeguards from time to time, and strive to maintain them in a manner consistent with federal regulations that may be in effect from time to time.
